Drawing for Beginners
Students will have fun exploring their creativity while learning fundamental drawing skills including shading, perspective, and form.

Painting in the Gallery
Each week, students will investigate a different painting technique using an art work from the current gallery show as inspiration.

This hands-on class will cover all the basics of wool felting. Over the course of 5 weeks, we will make a container, creature and coin purse.

You can have so much fun learning to play the Ukelele! learn all the skills you need to play the Uke like a pro

InDesign for Teens
Students will develop basic graphic design skills using the Adobe Creative Cloud program, InDesign, and create their own digital images.
1/31 – 3/14, Wednesdays, 5:00-6:00pm
Learn the basics of working with a digital camera, including composition, lighting and the rule of thirds. Digital camera required.

Winter Break Camp: Smartphone Photography
Learn how to take amazing shots with your phone, use editing apps, and gain knowledge on the rules of composition.
1/3-1/5 from 10:00am – 2:00pm
Spring Break Camp
Film it, direct it, act it in this spring break camp! Work in small groups to create a cinematic masterpiece, which will be premiered for all to see at the end of the program!

Celebrate your child’s next birthday at Blue Line Arts, where they’re the star!
Birthday parties are led by talented Party Directors, who help put on the best party production.
Parties are two hours in length. Please see the schedule below for a typical party:
- Act 1: Introduction and warm up (first 10-15 minutes)
Parents and children will get to know their Party Director and work on a coloring sheet or birthday card while waiting for guests to arrive.
- Act 2: Art activities (45-60 minutes)
Party Director will lead children through 1-2 specially themed art projects to take home. Parents are free to enjoy the exhibitions at this time.
- Act 3: Cake and celebration (30-45 minutes)
It’s time to blow out the candles and dive into gifts for the big birthday celebration! Your Party Director will lead a round of “Happy Birthday” and assist with passing out food.*
- Final Act: Closing activity (10 minutes)
Your Party Director will lead a small activity to close the party and have guests enjoy the rest of the time exploring the gallery.
- Blue Line Arts provides: Art instruction, art supplies, and space to celebrate.
- You provide: Cake and any other food to be enjoyed during the party. Including plates, napkins and plasticware.
