Eco-Centric: A Group Show

"At first when I heard about climate change, I was a climate denier. I didn’t think it was happening. Because if there really was an existential crisis like that, that would threaten our civilization, we wouldn’t be focusing on anything else.” (Greta Thunberg)

The goal of this exhibition is to engage our community over a range of critical issues regarding the environment, in order to foster genuine discourse around modern challenges of sustainability, resource consumption, energy policy, biodiversity, and ecological disasters. Regardless of political affiliation, the health of the environment has real, meaningful effects on all of our lives.

We are looking for artworks that investigate themes such as climate change, human impacts on environment, sustainable practices, ecology, pollution, recycling, policy, local or global natural issues. Perspectives can be hopeful, despairing, or anywhere in-between.

We encourage you to submit up to 5 artworks that speak to this theme.
