Join us in the gallery for a special 3 part monthly series of art critiques led by artist, Barbara Davies.
For some artists, the last time they received structured, meaningful feedback on their work was during college critiques but regular commentary from fellow artists is invaluable to an artists’ growth and success. This critique series will not only provide you with the feedback you need to improve your work, but will also teach you how to view art with a constructive eye. It is a great opportunity to meet other artists in the area and learn more about various techniques and mediums from others.
Each artist attendee will be able to bring in up to 2 works of art (in any medium) for each two hour discussion. Try to bring work that is 80% done. This approach will help you catch and fix any problems before you are too attached to the piece.
