Youth & Family Programs

April 3 / 10:00 am - 3:00 pm

This 5 day camp allows for youth ages 12-18 to collaborate as a team under the guidance of a professional mural artist, learning all about the various techniques & materials used to create a successful mural!  The project includes a collaborative design effort as well as the step by step creation of a public art mural in the Youth Reading Room located in the Downtown Roseville Public Library.

Teaching Artist: Madelyne Joan Templeton

Ages: 12 – 18

All instruction, art materials, breakfast & lunch each day will be provided thanks to a Grant awarded by the Arts Council of Placer County and generous donors during our annual Lottery for the Arts fundraiser.  Each attendee will receive their own sketchbook and art kit to take home on the last day of the camp.
