Auction Details & Pricing
Blue Line Arts will set the starting bid at one-third (1/3) of the artwork’s stated market value, as submitted by the artist.
Final sales may exceed market value depending on auction interest, but no reserve prices will be accepted.
Artists are responsible for providing an accurate market value; Blue Line Arts reserves the right to adjust for consistency.
All sales are final. Payment will be processed after the event, and artists opting to receive a commission will be paid their selected percentage within 30 days of the event date.
Commission & Donations
Artists who opt to receive a commission will receive the selected percentage of the final auction sale price (not the market value).
Artists who choose to donate 100% of the sale support Blue Line Arts’ nonprofit mission directly and will be provided with a tax acknowledgment letter for the amount of the sale.
All proceeds retained by Blue Line Arts will go toward supporting exhibitions, public programs, professional development for artists, and community access to the arts.
