Generously funded by the California Arts Council, Blue Line Arts is excited to present the Artists of Placer ARC! Placer ARC is a nonprofit located in Roseville, CA that serves people with intellectual and developmental disabilites. Working alongside their team of teaching artists, we have curated an exhibition that emphasizes community, coming together to celebrate the creative and talented minds of Placer ARC. As some of Blue Line Arts' most frequent and generous visitors, we are honored to give back to the members of Placer ARC with the experience of showing their work in a professional gallery.
