For more than 20 years, Betsy Kluga has been a longtime Blue Line Arts member, supporter, and frequent exhibitor, participating in exhibitions including By Hand, Lore & Legend, and Membership Medley. Her artistic journey has been anything but conventional. An accomplished internationally exhibited painter, illustrator, and product designer, Betsy has created work for major publications, toy companies and designed creatures for Industrial Light & Magic. After a decade-long career in medicine as a physician assistant, she returned to art with a deeper understanding of life, loss, and resilience. Today, her sculptures in concrete, wire, and wood explore the human figure as a metaphor for our shared experiences, memories, and the traces we leave behind.
