Light on Low Branches – Diane Ruhkala Bell

Diane Ruhkala Bell has been part of the Blue Line Arts story from its early days, including exhibiting at the Tower Theatre, where she remembers seeing her name on the marquee. She later served on the committee that helped design the Blue Line Gallery at its current location, contributing her perspective as an artist to the creation of the new space. Over the years, Diane has continued to exhibit at Blue Line Arts in numerous exhibitions, including Membership Medley and the Placer Artists Studios Tour preview shows. An award-winning California artist, her work is held in collections throughout the U.S. and internationally. She remains an active arts advocate and supporter of youth arts education.
