For more than 10 years, Jay Stargaard has been a dedicated Blue Line Arts artist member, supporter, and champion of the local arts community. She has also been deeply involved with the Placer Artists Studios Tour, for which Blue Line Arts proudly presents the preview exhibition each year. Known as a “Divine Flame Alchemist,” Jay creates sculptures and mixed-media paintings exploring transformation, self-discovery, and transcendence. Her work often incorporates circular portals—inviting viewers to look inward, embrace possibility, and move beyond what holds them back. Through her art, Jay seeks to inspire connection, awareness, and a greater sense of wholeness.
